Just as a physically healthy person can develop a physical illness, a mentally healthy person under various degrees of stress can develop a mental illness.
It’s important to recognize that mental wellness 和 illness are part of an ever-changing 和 dynamic continuum in everyone’s life. 当hjc黄金城, or someone we know, is unable to enjoy life or deal with everyday challenges, help may be needed.
