The CAAT Pension Plan is a defined benefit plan offered to Niagara College employees designed to help you reach your retirement goals.

Full-Time Employees

DBPrime Pension Plan

Full time employees are automatically enrolled into DBPrime. It is a secure Defined Benefit pension plan that makes it easy to save for retirement and build a stable, predictable retirement income. You contribute a percentage of your earnings into the Plan each pay and the College matches your contributions dollar for dollar.

Part-Time and Contract Employees

DBPlus Pension Plan

DBPlus is designed to meet the unique needs of members who work part-time or are on contract. It is a Defined Benefit pension plan design with a fixed contribution rate for members, matched dollar for dollar by the College.
