The Colleges Collective Bargaining Act, 2008, designates the College Employer Council (http://thecouncil.on.ca/) as the bargaining agent for Ontario’s colleges in negotiation with the union (OPSEU) representing academic employees within the colleges.

The Terms and Conditions of Employment for Administrative Staff cover all probationary and regular full-time Administrative Staff employed by Niagara College.
